Everything is back to normal again and we will later post an more explanatory incident report regarding this.

We have found the issue with tagging and have now removed the issue. Everything should be working as expected again

We have restored the sports statistics operation and the system should be recovering. Expect previously missing data to be back shortly, as caches are invalidated.

Upon investigation, we have concluded that these interruptions were caused by a component within our system -- a reverse-proxy cache -- having a configuration where low-traffic scenarios might cause its memory-usage to grow out of hand. This configuration has been adjusted and we are seeing an improvement in memory-usage.

Our infrastructure provider has posted the an update on the issue on their end. No further impact is expected and Sportality Platform has remained stable since the initial recovery mentioned in our previous update.

We have determined that this issue only impacts a very small portion of the sites in the platform. Investigation will continue. For now, this incident will be marked as "closed", but we will continue to work on it.

We will now close this indicent. The sites are running as expected again.

We've identified a possible root cause and have implemented a fix. Loading of content should now work as expected.

All sites are now operational again.

We experienced issues with both G1 and G2 sites. We found the issue quickly and the sites are now up and running again.
The incident lasted between 2 - 7 minutes per site.
